2010/2011 CAMP OFFERINGS:


- COMPLETE OFFENSIVE PLAYER -

Learn how to become a dynamic, game-changing offensive player.  Vital for any player looking to add goal scoring to their game.  Appropriate for Attack, Midfielders and even Defenders.
Instruction includes: stick protection, shooting, quick stick goals, creating your own scoring opportunities, dodging, ground balls, feeding, cutting, stick handling, use of both right and left hand, riding, face-offs, clearing and at-home training techniques.  Typically this is a half day camp.

- COMPLETE DEFENSIVE PLAYER -

Appropriate for any player looking to add great defensive technique to their game.  All lacrosse players at any position can benefit from this program.  Learn how to play great on-ball, off-ball and team defense.  Skills critical to playing without the ball which will be covered: communication, on-ball responsibilities, off-ball responsibilities, ground ball technique, aggressive and passive defense, checks, proper body position, body checking, playing on the crease, clearing the crease, playing man-down, reading odd-man situations, clearing, stick handling and turning defense into offense.  Typically this is a half day camp.

- THE COMPLETE PLAYER -

This program is a combination of both the COMPLETE OFFENSIVE, COMPLETE DEFENSIVE AND DOMINANT GOALIE PROGRAMS.  Typically this is a half or full day camp.

- SKILLS CAMP -

A typical summer camp or day camp, this program offers training for any and all levels of lacrosse play.  Training is appropriate for the raw beginner all the way up to experience veteran.  This program is based on the Complete Player curriculum. 

- THE DOMINANT GOALIE -
 
The name of the program says it all!  Learn how to be the best goalie you can be from techniques used to train NCAA Division 1 and MLL goalies.  An intense 1.5 hour program is designed to give you all the tools necessary to be a great field general and ball stopper.
